As a Certified SOMA Breath Instructor, I am proud to be able to incorporate SOMA Breath techniques and music as one of the key elements of OXYJEN8.
SOMA Breath is a transformational technique combining breathwork with music and visualisation and it has many powerful benefits.
It will make you more healthy, happy and naturally high, it will quieten the internal chatter of the mind and relax the body while strengthening the nervous system against stress.
SOMA Breathwork comprises smooth, gentle rhythmic breathing followed by breath retention, holding the breath after full exhalation. This temporarily changes the oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in the body and allows you to fall into a deep, calm meditative state.

Held regularly at FitGlow Studio, Saffron Walden, and open to all aged 12yrs+ (under 16's to be accompanied by an adult), OXYJEN8 is an opportunity for you to recharge your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit. You may experience the following benefits:
