SOMA BREATH FAQs

SOMA Breath is a transformational technique combining music, guided visualisation and smooth, gentle rhythmic breathing followed by breath retention, holding the breath after full exhalation. This temporarily changes the oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in the body and allows you to fall into a deep, calm meditative state, enabling you to recharge your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit.


In a SOMA Breath session, you will experience:

✨Neurobics to raise your level of vibrational energy

✨Lymphatic Movement & Shaking

✨Emotional Freedom Technique

✨Activation of energy centres through AUM Chanting

✨Guided Visualisation

✨Rhythmic Breathing & Breath Holds

✨Grounding & Intention-Setting 


It will make you more healthy, happy and naturally high, it will quieten the internal chatter of the mind and relax the body while strengthening the nervous system against stress.

Rhythmic breathing is safe for all individuals and SOMA Breath is open to all aged 12yrs+ (under 16's to be accompanied by an adult). However, the breath holds in SOMA Breath do have some health contraindications so before taking part in a class, I will send you a participant questionnaire for you to complete to ensure you know what to expect and will have the safest and most enjoyable experience.
