I will gather information about the issues that you would like to work on, or whether you prefer to work 'content-free'.
We will also establish your desired outcome and how I can help and support you.
If at this stage, you feel ready to book an appointment, we can discuss whether you would prefer to work in-person or via Zoom and arrange days/times.
For many clients, one or two sessions are enough to resolve issues; for more complex trauma, I may recommend longer or further sessions.
Sessions are via Zoom or in-person - either at my home or yours.
Following our session, I will create an after-care package specifically for you. Depending on the issue that we have worked on, I may:
write you a bespoke EFT script to use when tapping;
suggest reading materials;
record you a tapping video or a guided visualisation;
put together a programme of daily wellbeing tasks.
I will contact you one week later to find out what positive differences you have noticed since our session, and to gather your feedback on the whole experience of working with me.
Does your son or daughter worry so much about the day ahead that they feel unable to go to school?
Have they had a tough time with friends and this is now having an impact on their education and their wellbeing?
Do they go round and round, overthinking things that have happened in the past and worrying about things that haven't happened yet?
I will teach them how to get into the driving seat of their mind and manage those anxious thoughts.
Would you like to learn techniques to calm your child at bedtime and help them to go to sleep more easily? I can show you how!
Does your child focus on something they've watched, or find it hard to forget a bad dream they've had? I will show you techniques to interrupt those trains of thought and promote calm.
Is your teen feeling overwhelmed by their workload or nervous about exams? Together we can work on revision techniques, time management and visualisation techniques to get them motivated and feeling on top of things.
Does your son or daughter feel stuck dwelling on memories of things that have passed? I can clear the trauma and enable them to let go and focus on the present.
Can you see that social media, their phone and/or gaming is having a negative impact on your child's mental health but they won't listen to you?
Together we will help them to understand how our brains and bodies respond to technology, and how to remain in control.

I will gather information about your child's wellbeing, the concerns that you have and how I can help and support you.
If at this stage, you feel ready to book a session, I will make a recommendation about the length/number of sessions I feel will be beneficial to resolve the issues. We can discuss whether you and your child would prefer to work in-person or via Zoom and arrange days/times.
If you live within 10miles of Saffron Walden and you feel that your child would be more open to working with me in a familiar environment, I can come to your home for the in-person sessions.

After the first and any subsequent sessions, I may provide follow up resources such as: bespoke EFT scripts; reading materials; tapping videos; recorded guided visualisations; daily wellbeing tasks.
